“I first started personal training as one of the many tried and tested (failed) attempts to weave exercise into my lifestyle justlikethat.  Invariably I would start and lose interest a few months down the line, not for any particular reason but I just couldn’t attach myself to the wonder that was exercise.  Until I met Brittany.  Putting what she has done for me in words is hard because I too wonder what her secret sauce is? Let’s preface by saying that she is highly qualified and more, her range is not limited to physical fitness, she is equally well trained in nutrition, mindfulness or anything related to us as people and our lifestyles.  It’s a fully integrated 360 approach. During the pandemic, we moved to online training and I was a little skeptical, how could I work out in restricted space and feel motivated without music and people? One year down the line and I am still training virtually and I love it, I’m not sure I would ever change if I could.  I have noticed positive changes in my body and mind.  I can see definition and strength I never knew I had yet most of all, I feel healthy, fit and toned.  Every day is a new day and my routines vary from day to day keeping me engaged, curious and challenged. I believe I have a partner in health who wants me to be my best, who gives me the encouragement to go that extra mile, who supports all my whims and complaints, who makes me do things I don’t enjoy yet confuses me because she makes them enjoyable. I liked her immediately because of her warmth, her ability to communicate with her clients, and her desire to do everything she could to help me achieve my goals. After the initial complimentary session, I decided to book a training session package with her, and I was so happy that I did.

At her request, I answered some written questions about what my fitness goals were, what were the specific muscle groups and body parts that I wanted to improve, and my eating habits. Brittany takes a holistic approach to her technique of getting the best out of her client, and I embraced it wholeheartedly.

“Brittany worked with me as a personal trainer for 7 months on strength training and improving body composition. She kept detailed records of every single exercise in every workout, was responsive to texts outside of sessions, and was always focused and attentive during sessions.
