Personal Training
I design custom programs based on a client’s goals, medical history, past/current injuries, lifestyle, access to equipment, and exercise preferences. I also conduct a movement screen where I assess strengths, imbalances, and areas of improvement, which are integrated into the program. All virtual sessions are conducted via FaceTime or Zoom, and supplemental workouts are provided on days I don’t meet with my client upon request. I also offer weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls for further support and as an opportunity to discuss nutrition (see below), stress management, sleep, and/or other wellness-related topics.
customized Programs
For clients who feel confident working out on their own, I design programs they can perform anywhere, anytime. To design the program I go through the same process as I do with my virtual clients, but I don’t physically guide them through each workout. Exercises are accompanied by videos and any notes I feel will help them get the most out of each movement. Additional weekly or bi-weekly coaching calls are optional to discuss the workouts, nutrition, and/or other wellness-related topics.
Nutrition Coaching
As a certified Precision Nutrition coach, I focus on improving a client’s eating behavior rather than changing their diet completely. We discuss overall goals, eating preferences, lifestyle, medical conditions, stress levels, and external support before deciding on specific practices to master through daily actions. While I do not create specific meal plans, I do provide clients with macro breakdowns, sourced recipes, and calorie targets (if necessary) based on individual goals.
Lifestyle coaching
Lifestyle coaching supports a client who needs extra accountability and motivation. I conduct weekly or bi-weekly calls to discuss and offer support with nutrition (see above), stress management, sleep quality, daily movement, and self-care. During our sessions we set both long term and short term goals, decide which weekly practices will help achieve those goals, and agree upon manageable, daily actions.
